The REIT signed deals to buy up to 33 business properties in 17 states for $544 mil. It now expects 2011 funds from operations to range from $1.98 to $2.04, above views for $1.99. Realty Income (NYSE:O - News) expects most of the deals to close by midyear. The deal exceeds the REIT's prior acquisitions outlook for this year. Shares edged up 0.1% to 34.93.
